Signing a Will

You should carefully read through your Will before you sign it. If there is any part of your Will that you are unsure about or do not understand you should not sign the Will and you should review your Will again with your solicitor.

Though it is possible to write your own Will the legal requirements for creating a valid Will is full of pitfalls and the tax implications can often be overly complicated.

We would always recommend that you have your Will prepared by an experiened solicitor who can ensure that your Will meets all the legal requirements and clearly sets out your wishes.

Request a Call Back or contact us directly and one of our team will discuss your Will and how we can assist you.
